Téa can you tell us, in a few words, who you are and
what sets you apart from other models?
I’m Téa, a model who is deeply passionate about self-love and mental health. What sets me apart from other models is my commitment to authenticity and creativity. I believe that every shoot is an opportunity to tell a story, and I strive to connect with the audience through genuine emotions and expressions. My journey in modeling is not just about fashion; it’s about promoting a message of self-acceptance and mental well-being. I aim to create memorable moments that resonate with people, encouraging them to embrace their individuality and prioritize their mental health. By sharing my own experiences, I hope to inspire others to love themselves and recognize the beauty within.
What can a tattoo on your skin convey to those who discover you and what do the words “freedom”, “difference” and “singularity” represent for you?
A tattoo on my skin can convey a lot about who I am and what I stand for. It’s a form of self-expression that tells my story and reflects my values. Each design can spark curiosity and conversation, allowing others to see a glimpse of my journey and the experiences that have shaped me. The words “freedom,” “difference,” and “singularity” hold deep meaning for me. “Freedom” represents my desire to break free from societal norms and expectations, embracing my true self without fear. “Difference” signifies the beauty in diversity and the importance of celebrating what makes us unique. Finally, “singularity” reflects my belief in the power of individuality; it reminds me that being true to myself is what truly sets me apart. Together, these words encapsulate my journey of self-love and acceptance, urging others to honor their own paths as well.
Does meeting a photographer like Terry Hi represent a particular human adventure and for what reasons?
Meeting a digital artist like Terry Hi definitely represents a particular human adventure for me. It’s not just about creating art; it’s about the connection and collaboration that happens during the process. Working with someone who has a unique vision can lead to new perspectives and inspire creativity in ways I might not have imagined. Terry’s ability to translate emotions and stories into digital art resonates with my passion for self-love and mental health. Each collaboration becomes an adventure that allows me to explore my individuality and express myself in new ways, ultimately enriching my journey as both a model and a person.
Are your body and your skin on maximum alert as soon as you make them available for an artistic project and does this translate into results for you?
Yes, my body and skin definitely go on maximum alert when I make them available for an artistic project. It’s like an instinctual response that heightens my awareness and connection to the moment. This heightened state translates into the results, as I become more in tune with the creative process and the emotions involved. It allows me to express myself more authentically, resulting in images that truly capture the essence of the project. The energy and passion I bring to the shoot can really enhance the final outcome, making it a rewarding experience.
What, in your opinion, are the most common dissonances and consonances between your work as a model and how others view this work.
Please justify your answer.
In my opinion, some of the most common dissonances between my work as a model and how others view it stem from misconceptions about the industry. Many people see modeling as just a surface- level profession, focusing solely on appearance without recognizing the skill, creativity, and emotional depth involved. This can lead to a disconnect between how I perceive my work—an art form that requires collaboration, storytelling, and vulnerability—and how others may simplify it to just looks. On the other hand, consonance can be found in the appreciation for the artistry and expression that modeling can bring. When people understand the effort and intention behind a photoshoot, they can connect with the images on a deeper level, appreciating the narrative and emotion captured in the work. This shared understanding can create a sense of unity between my perspective as a model and the audience’s reception of the art.
What idea do you have of women in our society?
What do you think can change?
What do you think needs to change and why?
I believe women in our society are incredibly resilient and diverse, often juggling multiple roles and expectations. However, there’s still a prevalent issue of unrealistic standards and stereotypes that can limit their potential. I think what can change is the narrative around women’s capabilities and roles, emphasizing empowerment, individuality, and self-love. What really needs to change is the way society perceives and treats women, moving towards a more inclusive and supportive environment. This shift is essential because it can foster confidence and allow women to thrive without the constraints of societal expectations. By promoting understanding and respect for each woman’s unique journey, we can create a more equitable world where everyone has the opportunity to shine.

What meaning do you give to the word “Beauty”
and
what do you most readily associate it with?
For me, the word “Beauty” carries a profound meaning that goes beyond mere physical appearance. It embodies authenticity and individuality, reflecting the unique qualities that each person possesses. Beauty is found in the confidence someone exudes when they embrace who they are, as well as in the kindness they show to others. I associate beauty with the emotions and stories that people share,
recognizing that it often shines brightest in moments of connection and vulnerability. It’s about celebrating diversity and understanding that everyone has their own journey, experiences, and perspectives that contribute to their beauty. Ultimately, beauty is not just about what meets the eye; it’s about the heart and soul of a person. It resonates in the laughter shared with loved ones, the strength found in overcoming challenges, and the joy of being true to oneself. When we focus on these deeper aspects, we can appreciate the richness of beauty in all its forms.
What did you gain from your artistic adventure with Terry Hi?
From my artistic adventure with Terry Hi, who is an incredible digital artist, I gained so much more than just technical skills; it was a transformative experience that deepened my understanding of creativity and self-expression. Working alongside him, I was exposed to a variety of new techniques and approaches that challenged me to push my boundaries and explore different styles.
This not only helped me grow as an artist but also encouraged me to think outside the box and embrace experimentation in my work. The collaborative atmosphere was another significant aspect of this journey. Being part of a team where ideas flowed freely created a sense of community and support that was incredibly inspiring. It was refreshing to share my thoughts and receive constructive feedback, which fostered a deeper connection with Terry and allowed us to learn from one another. I realized how important it is to engage with others in the creative process, as it can lead to unexpected insights and innovations.
Most importantly, this experience reinforced the idea that vulnerability is a crucial element in art. I learned that opening up and sharing personal stories through my work can create a more authentic and impactful connection with the audience. It taught me to embrace my emotions and experiences, using them as fuel for my creativity. Overall, my adventure with Terry Hi was not just about honing my artistic skills; it was about discovering the power of art as a means of connection and expression, enriching my journey as an artist in profound ways.
